Our new 80,000 ft2 head office is located at 106 Bay St. in Sturgeon Falls, ON. This is close to downtown and some employees take advantage of that to bike or walk to work. We also have free parking and from there all employees have a company vehicle to get to the job sites.
Provide coordination support to Residential, Civil, Mining and Maintenance Managers
Manage and optimize the efficiency of employee, equipment, tool and material resources
Dispatch employees, trucks, equipment and logistics
Hire sub contractors, rent equipment and tools
Monitor and report resource training, certification, maintenance and repair requirements
Present proposals to acquire, increase or upgrade resources
Assist in hiring, and acquisition process
Work in an office setting with a flexible work schedule
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in management
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel and Project
Requires critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
Requires open mindedness, ambition, accountability and transparency
Construction and maintenance related experience is preferred
Valid drivers license
